I hereby undertake that, if admitted, I shall abide by the rules and regulations, made by the polytechnic from time to time and shall be regular in attendance as per MSBTE Rules RG4 D (i) which states that (He/She has put in satisfactory attendance of at least 75 % of the total Lectures / Periods in each Theory / Practical / Term work / Tutorials / Project work separately in each and every subject of the Semester).
I further declare that I have not been admitted to any other polytechnic. I have not been debarred from appearing at any examination conducted by any Government constituted or statutory authority. Incase of suppression of factual information or false information submitted by me, even after selection or during the course, shall stand cancelled & fees will be forfeited.
